Meet Dr. Stringer of Twickenham Pediatrics

Dr. Stringer will join Twickenham Pediatrics, P.C. on July 15, 2024.

She was born and raised in Homewood, AL. She moved to Huntsville with her husband in 2012 where she was a founding physician in the Pediatric Hospitalist Program at Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children and is board certified in pediatric hospital medicine. She now considers Huntsville home with her husband and two children.

Dr. Stringer looks forward to providing care for your children.

Extensive Pediatric Medical Training

Dr. Stringer attended The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa where earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in health studies. She then received her medical degree from The University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham.

Her specialty training in pediatrics was also completed at UAB.

Board Certified Pediatrician

She has over 15 years of experience as a practicing pediatrician and is board certified in both general pediatrics and pediatric hospital medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Immunizations are Important

Dr. Stringer practices scientific, evidence-based medicine where proof exists regarding the safety and efficacy of a medication or procedure. In keeping with this principle, she follows the immunization schedule recommended by the CDC and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.
